Rolling bearings can be removed from their oil seal packages just prior to delivery inspections and immersed in wash gasoline or acid-free kerosene containing 3% oil.
        Lubricant should be dripped in accordance with the regulations and immediately delivered to inspection, dried or dried bearings. At this time, the outer surface of the bearing has no oil film protection. The entire inspection process must not be in direct contact with the skin of the human hand. The operator should wear clean gloves or apply anti-rust agent on the hand, but you must avoid mixing the bearing with the rust inhibitor on the hand. Appearance, otherwise it will make the measurement result deviation.
        Should be immediately delivered or used for rust-proof inventory processing. The entire inspection process should also be completed quickly after the bearing is inspected. In order to avoid excessive corrosion over time. Note that cleaning with pure petrol without oil can also cause corrosion.
        Bearings that have been air-dried or dried should be dripped into the lubricating oil according to regulations and immediately delivered for inspection. At this time, the outer surface of the bearing is not protected by oil film. During the entire inspection process, no direct contact with the skin of the human hand is allowed. The operator should wear clean gloves. Or coat your hands with a rust inhibitor, but you must avoid mixing the rust inhibitor on your hand with the rolling surface of the bearing. This can cause deviations in the measurement results.
        After the bearing is inspected, it should be immediately delivered or used for rust-proof inventory processing. The entire inspection process should also be completed with a view to avoiding rust for too long. Note that cleaning with pure petrol without oil can also cause corrosion.
        The bearings must also be placed on a metal plate in the inspection site together with the gauges, standard parts and measuring instruments used for the inspection before the inspection, so that the temperature of the objects can be homogenized and room temperature can be quickly achieved.
